Cancellation Policy / Refund

At Panalo Built, we’re committed to delivering results. Every training program and meal plan is customized to your goals, which means time and resources are invested from the moment you sign up.

• Personal Training Sessions:
  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session fee being forfeited. You have 1 month from time of purchase to utilize your paid session. 
• Meal Plans & Online Programs:
  Due to the custom nature of our plans, all sales are final once the program is delivered. No refunds will be issued.
• Package Deals:
  Unused sessions expire 30 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
